GCASAFV's Pacific Partners Project (PPP) is supported by a grant from the Office of Women's Health. This project aims to address campus sexual assault policy and prevention initiatives and includes the University of Guam, Guam Community College, Pacific Islands University, Guam Contractors Association Trades Academy, Northern Marianas College, Northern Marianas Trades Institute, American Samoa Community College, College of Micronesia-Federated States of Micronesia, Palau Community College, and the College of the Marshall Islands. PPP representatives gathered for a Technical Advisory Group Meeting on Saipan on February 22 & 23, 2017.

The following speech was delivered at GCASAFV's Technical Advisory Group meeting on Saipan on February 22, 2017 by Senator Shelten Neth of the Pohnpei Legislature.
